Our 2 week Foundation Inspection Course is the ultimate training program for those entering the home inspection industry. Designed to meet the licensing requirements in most states, this course delivers a gold-standard education through expert-led instruction, in-depth study materials, and hands-on field training with 80 hours of in-person class instructions and an additional 40 hours of prework home study, totaling 120 hours of Home Inspector Training and education.
Led by ASHI Certified Inspection professionals, you’ll gain essential skills and real-world experience to confidently serve clients and excel in your career.
What This Course Includes:
· 40 hours of at-home study to build a strong knowledge base
· 10 days of immersive, in-person training (Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5:30 PM)
